Please see below for more information and apply if applicable!Responsibilities Serve as first point of contact for the customers when processing orders and requests Processes customer complaints, returns, and invoices in a timely manner Responds to customer requests for product information and samples Manages customer portals and does everything from recovering PO’s to re-entering invoice data into the customer portal system. Collaborate with various internal teams such as Supply Chain and Sales to manage situations impacting the customer Assess and escalate any urgent issues to sales and management as appropriate Obtain required approvals to issue customer credits as needed Tracks shipments for customers and provides assistance in expediting Manages consignment process for approved customers, questioning any discrepancies in inventoryEssential Skills
HS Diploma or GED
Verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail
MS Excel proficiency
Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
