We are seeking another dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Flat Roofing Laborer. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support our operations and contribute to the overall efficiency of our commercial roofing projects. This position requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team environment. This role demands reliable attendance and punctuality - these are non-negotiable. No experience required.
Responsibilities
Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
Perform general site clean-up and maintenance to ensure a safe working environment.
Operate hand tools and power tools as needed for various tasks.
Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
Help with the assembly or disassembly of structures or equipment as required.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the job site.
Skills/Requirements
Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is preferred but not required.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to follow directions accurately and efficiently.
Willingness to learn new skills and techniques.
Attention to detail and commitment to safety practices on the job site.
Must be willing to travel to various job sites.
Must have reliable transportation.
