Experience Required: 3+ years in dispatch/logistics (trucking preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily dispatch operations and driver scheduling
Manage a team of dispatchers and ensure on-time deliveries
Monitor fleet performance, routes, and compliance
Coordinate with drivers, customers, and warehouse teams
Resolve issues quickly and maintain top-notch customer service
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in trucking dispatch or logistics management
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Knowledge of DOT regulations and ELD systems
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Tech-savvy with dispatch/tracking software (e.g., McLeod, TMW, Samsara)
