Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, screen, and onboard CDL drivers
Conduct phone interviews, respond to applications, and follow up with candidates
Build relationships with driving schools.
Ensure all compliance documentation is gathered and verified (e.g. DOT, background checks, MVRs)
Translate job postings and onboarding materials into Spanish as needed
Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking applicants and team members
Qualifications:
Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
1+ years of experience in recruiting, in the trucking or transportation industry
Familiarity with DOT regulations and driver qualification files (DQF) is a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple open positions
