Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and dispatch trucks for timely deliveries.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, routes, and driver schedules.
Monitor and track truck locations in real-time.
Communicate with drivers to ensure safe and efficient routes.
Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during transportation.
Provide outstanding customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Coordinate with operations to ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in dispatching or logistics preferred.
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and dispatch software.
Knowledge of trucking regulations and safety standards is a plus.
