Our company is currently looking to hire a solar install crew/team to install the solar jobs we have in the Chicago, Chicagoland area. This is a great opportunity for any team with team with Solar experience and who are looking to make good money installing solar panels. MUST HAVE YOUR OWN CREW / TEAM!
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
-Onsite preparation, layout, setup and installation of solar energy systems
-Work together to ensure job is done professionally and correctly
-Racking/mounting layout, set up and installation on residential, commercial roofs
-Ensuring the work site is clean and cleared of clutter and other hazards
-Provide excellent customer service to all clients
REQUIREMENTS:
-Has to be a crew capable and experienced installing solar panels
-Great customer service and communication Skills
-Comfortable working at heights and working in varying weather conditions
-Responsible, dependable and trustworthy
-On-Time and hardworking
-Compliance to all PPE (personal protective equipment) and safety regulations.
-Ability to be comfortable working on residential and commercial roofs
