We are looking for Skilled Tradesmen (Carpenter, Electrical, Plumbing) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential and/or commercial construction, with a focus on high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. The candidate must have the ability to execute his trade work "to code", read drawings/prints and ability to execute the work based on the drawings/prints given and have the ability to communicate effectively.
Responsibilities:
Perform general carpentry work including framing, installing trim, doors, windows, and cabinetry.
Measure, cut, and shape wood, hang drywall, and other materials according to specifications.
Install structures and fixtures such as windows, flooring, and hardware.
Repair and replace damaged structures, flooring or fixtures.
Ensure accuracy in measurements and cutting to maintain a high standard of work.
Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors to complete projects on time and within budget.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES DIFFER DEPENDING ON THE TRADE YOU ARE HIRED FOR
Requirements:
MUST have social security number OR Tax ID number
MUST have pickup truck or cargo van
MUST be able to execute your trade "to code"
Proven experience as a carpenter, electrical, plumbing in construction or renovation.
Strong knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing techniques and materials.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
MUST have own tools and proficient with hand and power tools needed for trade.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Physical stamina and strength to work in various conditions.
MUST have Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
