Compensation
Full-time salaried / Part-time hourly options available

Key Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain tools, hardware, and shop inventory
Pack supplies, tools, and materials for upcoming jobs
Unload trucks and restock shop after jobs are completed
Clean and maintain a safe, tidy workspace
Perform general shop duties and assist with miscellaneous tasks as needed
Track missing tools or damaged equipment and report to supervisor
Support team members by ensuring job readiness and smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements:
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks
Reliable transportation and punctuality
Forklift Experience
Valid Driver’s License
Comfortable driving small trucks
Attention to detail and a proactive work ethic
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required
Basic knowledge of tools and hardware is helpful
