Job Description:
We are looking for large, efficient carpet installation crews to work on residential new construction homes. Crews must be experienced, well-coordinated, and capable of handling high-volume work with consistent quality and speed. This is not a training role—only skilled, self-sufficient teams with a track record in new home construction will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Install carpet in newly built residential homes according to builder specs and timelines.
Accurately measure, cut, and seam carpet for a clean, professional finish.
Prepare subfloors and ensure proper installation per industry standards.
Maintain a clean job site and communicate proactively with site managers.
Complete multiple installs per day (depending on scope and layout).
Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 person crew with own tools, transportation, and liability insurance.
Prior experience with residential new construction carpet installation.
Ability to meet production schedules and builder quality expectations.
Reliable, professional, and safety-conscious.
Preferred:
Crews familiar with national or regional homebuilders.
Capacity to handle multiple homes per week with minimal oversight.
