Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our day-to-day operations and ensure our projects are completed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the electrical industry and a proven track record of managing teams and projects.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of project management, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.

Serve as a company representative to satisfy local inspectors, General contractors, customers, and representatives.

Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Manage a team of electricians and support staff, providing leadership and guidance.

Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.

Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.

Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Prepare regular reports on project status, budget, and performance.

Qualifications  

The ideal candidate will satisfy the following requirements and qualifications: 

10+ years of electrical experience with management-level experience, proven ability to lead.

Experience in electrical construction.  

Strong understanding of electrical systems, tools, and safety protocols. 

Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Experience in commercial and/or industrial solar electrical systems. 

Knowledge of local electrical codes and regulations. 

The ability to read technical documents and blueprints.  

Demonstrated electrical troubleshooting and strong mechanical aptitude. 

The ability to establish rapport, build relationships and loyalty with external and internal customers and coworkers, and remain tactful when communicating. 

Proven customer relations and satisfaction experience.

Exercises good judgment. 

Able to work overtime if needed. 

Able to climb and maintain balance on ladders, scaffolding, stairways, etc. 

Stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or work at elevated heights and in confined spaces. 

Must be able to work extended hours on your feet on uneven surfaces (dirt, concrete, asphalt, mud, gravel, etc.).
