Full-time experienced maintenance person needed for large apartment community in Hammond, IN.
Duties include plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair. HVAC experience a plus.
Snow removal, landscaping/grounds work. Maintenance of vacant and occupied apartments and other duties that may be assigned.
On-call rotation required. Must have a valid driver's license, insurance, and tools.
