We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Carpenter/Cabinet Reface Installer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation of high-quality cabinet refacing projects, ensuring precision and craftsmanship in every job. This role requires a strong background in carpentry, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform cabinet refacing installations, including the removal of old cabinet doors and drawers, prepping surfaces, and installing new doors, drawers, hinges, and glides.

Measure, cut, and install veneer or rigid thermofoil to cabinet boxes with precision.

Ensure all installations meet company quality standards and customer expectations.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all job sites.

Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met and to explain the installation process.

Work closely with other team members to complete projects efficiently and on time.

Qualifications:

3+ years of carpentry experience, preferably in cabinet installation or refacing.

Strong knowledge of woodworking tools and techniques.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or detailed instructions.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Must be able to pass a background check.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry heavy materials, up to 50 pounds.

Comfort working in various environments, including residential homes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
