Responsibilities

Follow Rainbow’s policies and procedures in addition to IICRC standards.

Share best-practices with peers, and promote jobsite efficiency and safety.

Effectively and efficiently perform all cleaning and restoration services the company offers.

Inspect jobsite completed work and safety at the beginning and end of each work day.

Assist Lead Technician with accurate and timely documentation of signed customer paperwork, completed scope of work, moisture/humidity readings, photos, equipment tracking, inventory, notes, and timestamps.

Assist Lead Technician with accurate and timely project documentation in Fusion, MICA, iCAT, and TSheets.

Communicate project scope changes, discrepancies, or other concerns with the Lead Technician.

Maintain a clean and neat jobsite and facility at all times, a first-class impression of our work.

Participate in an “On Call” rotation for after-hours service calls during nights and weekends.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities

Temporarily fulfilling the primary duties of a Lead Technician as required to meet the needs of customers during busy times.

Assist with ensuring all necessary tools, materials, and supplies are transported to jobsite.

Assist with performing basic equipment and vehicle maintenance.

Keep company equipment and supplies organized in vehicles and throughout warehouse.

Attend and participate in company meetings.

Requirements

1 year of experience in construction is required (this can consist of experience pertaining to detaching and reattaching fixtures, drywall, remodeling, demolition, repairs, carpentry, flooring, etc.)

Previous experience in the restoration industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided.

Able to problem solve and follow detailed instructions

Maintain a professional appearance

Show up on time, in a uniform, and ready to work

High school diploma required

Strong math skills

Ability to use a smartphone and an iPad

Valid Driver's License - (this is non-negotiable and proof is required)

Must pass a background check

Strong written and verbal skills

Professionalism when interacting with customers

Attention to detail

This position requires the physical stamina/ability to perform all aspects of this job (be on your feet for an extended period of time, lifting up to 50+ pounds, bending, kneeling, reaching, etc.)
