Immediate Hire: Maintenance Person Wanted 40 hrs. week. Will be required to respond to after hour emergencies as needed. Familiar with multi-unit condos. Must know light plumbing, IE install faucet, fix leaking pipes etc. Able to work a power sewer roding machine, Light Carpentry be able to do light jobs. Replacing light bulbs as needed. Able to find issues and fix as needed. Replacing light fixtures as needed. Picking up trash as needed. Able to replace washer or dryer as needed. In during winter ensure there is enough salt on property. Must be customer friendly because a lot of public relations with residents is required. Looking for a start date of May 1 This is an hourly wage. This is not a McDonalds type hourly wage.
Summary
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be essential in ensuring the optimal functioning of our facilities through effective maintenance and repair tasks. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will utilize your core skills in mechanical knowledge and schematics to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Your premium skills in programmable logic controllers and electrical experience will enhance our operational efficiency.
