Flat Roof Expert Wanted –Inspections and reports
Are you an experienced flat roofer looking to step away from the hard labor but still want to use your expertise?
We’re hiring a Flat Roof Inspector to inspect, document, and report on flat roofs, including TPO and modified bitumen. If you know flat roofs inside and out and can spot deficiencies quickly, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
Inspect existing flat roofs for issues and relay findings to our estimator.
Take clear photos and videos to document conditions.
Utilize technology for reporting and communication.
Occasionally discuss findings with homeowners in a professional manner.
Who We’re Looking For:
A flat roofing expert with extensive experience (TPO, modified bitumen, low-slope systems).
Someone who understands roof failures, not just how to install.
A former roofer who wants to transition from hands-on work.
Tech-savvy enough to document and communicate findings effectively.
Bilingual (Spanish & English) is a plus but not required.
What We Offer:
Paid W-2 Position – compensation based on skill & experience.
Company truck after 45 days (must have a clean driving record).
