We are seeking an Experienced/Master Tiler to join our team! The ideal candidate will be skilled, reliable, able to stay on track timelines and meet deadlines, must take pride in their work and able to take on leadership responsibilities in the near future in addition to tiling.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience:
-Extensive experience in tiling with a strong portfolio of past projects.
-Must own your tools and have reliable transportation.
-Must be able to meet deadlines and stay on track with timelines
-Must take pride and ownership of their work
-Must be able to speak and understand English fluently.
-Must have a valid Social Security number.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
-Must be able to lead a team, manage others, and take responsibility for the outcomes of your team’s work.
Versatility:
-Willingness to complete handyman tasks as needed.
-Project Understanding: Comprehensive knowledge of the processes, steps, and procedures involved in rehabilitation and renovation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
-Install "and repair" tile (backsplash, flooring, ,shower / bathtub surround, concrete shower pans, etc.) with precision and craftsmanship.
-Able to create and install concrete shower pans with perfect pitch and finish
-Oversee and lead team members, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to project timelines.
-Manage and rectify issues resulting from team errors or miscommunication.
-Perform handyman jobs as necessary to support project completion.
-Communicate with project managers, team members and administration team to ensure clear understanding and execution of all tasks.
