Positions and Company Standard:

We are hiring a dependable and skilled Assistant Foreman, Lead Framer, Framer, and Laborer to support day-to-day field operations for our residential framing projects. These roles serve a variety of functions and come with individual responsibilities that are required to be performed efficiently with quality and care.

These positions are all Working position and individuals must:

Have a complete set of hand tools and knowledge to use.

Have knowledge of Operating on Site tools or aptitude to learn.

Reliable transportation

Proper Identification

Will to work weekends as needed

Everyone has a test day at the listed compensation and on site raises can be discussed

Assistant Foreman Overview:

40/hr and compensation discussed after test day performance analysis.

2 week Evaluation with follow ups monthly.

This role works directly under the Foreman to help lead a framing crew, maintain jobsite organization, and ensure quality and efficiency on each build

Assist Foreman with overseeing crew operations and daily workflow

Read and interpret blueprints, layout, and framing plans

Monitor job quality and compliance with building codes

Help organize material deliveries and on-site inventory

Ensure a safe work environment and enforce OSHA guidelines

Communicate progress and site needs to the Foreman and Project Manager

Provide on-site training and guidance to crew members

Serve as lead when the Foreman is off-site

Qualifications:

Minimum 15 years of experience in residential framing

Previous crew lead or supervisory experience is preferred

Skilled in layout, measuring, cutting, and structural framing

Strong understanding of framing materials, hardware, and codes

Physically capable of lifting 100+ lbs and working at heights

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

OSHA 10 or 30 certification a plus

Solid communication, time management, and leadership skill

Lead Framer Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Framer to take charge of day-to-day framing operations. You will lead a team on site, perform high-level carpentry tasks, and help ensure that each project stays on track, on time, and up to code.

30/hr and compensation discussed after test day performance analysis.

2 week Evaluation with follow ups monthly.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage framing crew on active job sites

Perform layout, wall and roof framing, and structural installation

Read and work from blueprints and framing plans

Coordinate with Foreman and Assistant Foreman

Enforce safety practices and OSHA compliance

Ensure framing meets local codes and quality standards

Maintain jobsite cleanliness and material organization

Qualifications:

8+ years of residential framing experience

Strong knowledge of layout, trusses, wall systems, and roof lines

Comfortable managing a small crew and training junior workers

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights

Valid driver's license and dependable transportation

OSHA 10 or 30 preferred

Blueprint reading and advanced measuring skills required

Framer Overview:

We are hiring full-time Framers to assist in all phases of residential wood framing, including layout, wall construction, truss work, and sheathing.

25/hr and compensation discussed after test day performance analysis.

2 week Evaluation with follow ups monthly.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform framing tasks on walls, floors, and roofs

Follow layout and directions from Foreman or Lead

Operate hand and power tools safely

Ensure framing is level, square, and properly fastened

Maintain a clean and safe work area

Assist with material handling and setup

Must have all hand tools necessary to perform the work.

Must know how to perform layout and detailing of plates.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of residential framing experience preferred

Ability to read tape measure and use framing tools

Physically fit to lift, carry, and climb as needed

Reliable transportation

Team-oriented with a strong work ethic

Willing to learn and take direction

OSHA 10 is a plus

Must be familiar with all tools used in residential rough framing

Laborer Overview:

We are looking for dependable Laborers to assist on residential framing job sites. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for anyone interested in carpentry or construction trades.

18/hr on test day and compensation discussed after test day performance analysis.

2 week Evaluation with follow ups monthly.

Key Responsibilities:

Load and unload lumber, tools, and materials

Clean and organize job site daily

Assist framers with setup and movement of framing members

Carry tools, hold materials, and follow basic instructions

Learn and follow jobsite safety procedures

Help maintain a productive work environment

Qualifications:

No experience required—just a willingness to work and learn

Able to lift 100+ lbs and work outdoors in various conditions

Punctual and dependable

Own basic work boots and reliable transportation

Positive attitude and team mentality

OSHA 10 a plus, but not required
