We have been cleaning and revitalizing decks and other outdoor surfaces, such as natural stone patios and stone paver driveways, for over 20 years. We specialize in painting, staining, and repairing decks, ensuring they remain in excellent condition throughout the year.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Deck Painter and Stainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in painting and staining decks, experience with pressure washing wood, stone, and concrete surfaces, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for working outdoors during the spring, summer, and fall months. In addition to painting and staining, deck repair skills are highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

Operate different pressure wash equipment to clean wood and other exterior hard surfaces.

Paint and stain decks to enhance their appearance and durability.

Prepare surfaces for painting and staining by cleaning, sanding, and sealing as necessary.

Perform deck repairs, including replacing damaged boards and reinforcing structures.

Ensure all work meets company quality standards and client expectations.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction with the finished product.

Requirements:

Proven experience in painting and staining decks.

Ability to perform basic deck repairs.

Own transportation, preferably a truck, to transport tools and materials to job sites.

Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions during the spring, summer, and fall months.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Clean driving history.

Ability to pass a personal background check.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with a variety of wood types and finishes.

Familiarity with safety protocols and best practices for deck maintenance.

Compensation:

Hourly pay based on experience.
