Construction Project Manager

What you will be doing?

Taking completed estimates, setting job budgets, schedules and managing projects through completion.

Working daily with company job management software to document and clarify job duties, status, and activities.

Communicating with client during production to assure complete satisfaction.

Assuring jobs are completed on-time and on-budget.

When necessary, communicating with insurance adjusters or lead contractor to assure all parties are fully abreast of job details and status.

Communicating with accounting and job coordinators to assure complete job documentation.

Locating and managing subcontractors for all job duties and trades.

Collecting progress and final payments and communicating with company finance department.

We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and experience.

Accountable project manager that gets jobs done.

You will have worked in a remodel or restoration environment where you were managing at least 5 projects simultaneously and have at least 5 years experience.

No excuses manager that is a creative problem solver to address unique and time-sensitive projects.

Strong written and verbal communication.

A passion to delight your customers.

Bonus experience

Disaster restoration experience in commercial and residential projects with an understanding of reading and writing Xactimate estimates.

Insurance or property management contacts.

Experience in working on regional job sites as need.
