We are hiring a Technician to join our team! ELM USA is seeking a motivated and energetic technical individual with mechanical and basic electronics knowledge, and is willing to learn. You will also need to work with customers on the phone to troubleshoot technical issues.
Responsibilities:
Conduct inspections and perform comprehensive maintenance on machinery
Diagnose necessary repairs for customer equipment, including identifying required parts
Complete all repairs promptly per manufacturer recommendations, prioritizing personal safety
Maintain accurate documentation for all repairs conducted
Ensure the work area remains clean and organized
Qualifications:
Excellent telephone and communication skills, both written and verbal
Prior experience in electronics production, manufacturing, or related fields
Familiarity with schematics and technical drawings
PCB soldering skills are a plus
Capability to manage a physically demanding workload
