Role Description
-Licensed Massage Therapist position
-Full-time / part-time
-On-site located in Warrenville, IL.
LMT needs to be up to date with continued education, provide proof of State licensing as well as professional liability insurance (which will need to include our business names as secondary insured identity).
LMT will be responsible for providing a variety of therapeutic massage to clients, including but not limitted to deep tissue, sweedish, myofascial, pregnancy, trigger points etc.
LMT should be coachable to attend to our existing customers with specific needs and preferences.
Daily tasks include meeting with clients, assessing their needs (intake form), providing treatments to manage stress, relieve muscular tension, enhance relaxation, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout.
The therapist will maintain a clean and calm environment for clients, keep accurate client records, and stay updated with continued education and licensing.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Therapeutic Massages.
Ability to manage stress and provide treatments based on clientes needs and preferences.
Strong Customer Service skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Valid state license for massage therapy
CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
Experience in wellness environment is beneficial.
