We are a small startup mixing urban planning, Art & Design, stained glass, community development, and technology. Our first product line is a series of Chicago Flags crafted in stained glass.
The purpose of the glass is to:
1. Take the cities iconic flag and make it into an accessible work of art.
2. To remind people to support local business, institutions, and artists in the city.
3. To create revenue streams for non-profits, coffee shops, brick and mortar establishments, and for individuals.
4. To create new mashups between stained glass and other mediums to invent new stained glass techniques.
We are looking for someone well versed in direct sales to help us to get our Stained Glass Chicago Flags carried in local coffee shops, in stores, and sold to individuals who love The City as much as we do.
The right candidate should have experience in sales, be personable, dependable, and able to create a pathway for project success.

We are also looking for people interested in sales for these other projects, specifically for Institutional Stained Glass for stained glass for First Responders (we are still building our Chicago Flag website).
As for me, I grew up in the Beverly / Morgan Park neighborhoods, and trained in stained glass at Beverly Arts Center in the city. My undergrad was in Urban & Regional Planning at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, with a concentration in community development.
