All Wages are negotiable
We pay 10% of the contract price while training or 40% of the contract with 10% office cost. After training, it goes to a 15% or 50% split minus a 10% office cost. Experienced salespeople start at 15% to 18% of the sales price or a percentage split plus office costs. You hand us the down payment, and we will give you a check! You bring in the contract and all the sales paperwork, and we do all the back-end work! We provide monthly sales bonuses that change monthly. We are a money-motivated company building a salesforce that will be with us forever. We want you out there selling, not in the office doing paperwork and supplementing!
