Responsibilities:
Sell warm in house leads and find new leads
Perform property inspections, prepare estimates and provide a
Presentation of our services to homeowners/prospects. Track customers using AccuLynx CRM
Ability to work alone, follow up on leads, prospects and close sales
Maintaining & updating project files
Networking with the community to build company awareness
Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
Qualifications:
Previous experience in roofing or exterior sales, customer service, or related field a plus (we will train)
Must have valid drivers license
Experience to accurately measure jobs and effectively use computer/cell phone
Portray confidence and product knowledge
Ability to build rapport with clients and internal staff
