We are looking for veteran roofing sales staff to finish off the year with us and be ready to hit the ground running in early 2025! Unhappy with the company you're at now? Competitive commission splits or get paid when you bring money in the doorwe are flexible in what we can offer. We cover Chicagoland primarily at this time, so feel free to work wherever you are having the most success. Furthermore, if there are any warm leads that come in from ads/social media/Google/etc, they are distributed to the sales staff. At this time, we are looking for only a few sales reps or a team with a proven history of success, whether the work is insurance related or retail. This is a 1099 position, with W2 possibilities next year.
Here is what we ask of you:
Get the work! Knock doors, cold call, work referrals. We can and will assist in closing deals if need be.
Perform property inspections, identify legitimate storm related damage, and sell retail if insurance is not an option.
Upsell every opportunity you can!
Keep organized in our CRM so all team members know the status of jobs.
Have a reliable vehicle and a valid drivers license. Company vehicles may be an option based on performance.
