Job Overview:

We are seeking a part-time Employer Partnership Coordinator to help expand our network of employers. The primary goal is to identify and onboard 10-20 new employers to join RiseKit for free. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about workforce development, enjoys building relationships, and is motivated by achieving targets. The position offers a base salary with a commission for meeting and exceeding quotas.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and reach out to potential employers interested in joining the RiseKit platform, particularly those aligned with our mission of promoting diversity and economic mobility.

Conduct outreach through cold calls, emails, networking, and leveraging existing relationships to develop a pipeline of prospective employers.

Present and communicate the benefits of RiseKit’s platform to potential employer partners, highlighting how it can support their hiring and diversity objectives.

Facilitate virtual meetings and onboarding sessions with new employer partners.

Work closely with the internal team to create tailored partnership proposals and agreements.

Monitor and report on outreach efforts, engagement metrics, and partnership success to ensure quotas are met.

Build and maintain strong relationships with employer partners to ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction.

Provide feedback to internal teams to enhance our platform and services based on employer needs and feedback.

Qualifications:

No college degree required; relevant experience in partnership development, sales, business development, or a related field is highly valued.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and close deals.

Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with a team.

Experience using CRM tools and sales software is a plus.

Compensation:

Base salary with a commission structure for meeting and exceeding quota targets.
