Salary: Commission-based with potential earnings up to $2,500 per enrollment. No cap. Full time could earn well over $100,000.

We are seeking seasoned professionals with a minimum of 10 years in the HVAC industry to join our internationally renowned HVAC Entrepreneurship School as Business Consultants. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about mentoring and guiding others in the HVAC contracting field towards entrepreneurial success. (We don’t teach about hvac equipment, hvac products, or how to do hvac work. We teach owners to become serial entrepreneurs. This is our nitch)

Role Responsibilities:
- Contacting residential heating and cooling contractors provided by us. We provide a CRM.
- Introducing and promoting our Entrepreneurship School's benefits.
- Enrolling contractors into our online courses, earning up to $500 commission per enrollment (even for one month) and up to $2,500 for full-term enrollments. We also offer a dealership opportunity, that’s not a franchise so there is no investment, and no royalties. Your commission for being a catalyst is $2,500 and your’d work with a dealership recruiter who you’d hand off the presentation of the dealer opportunity to.
- Making just 8 brief calls per day, emphasizing quality over quantity.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the HVAC industry.
- Expertise in leadership, management, and business scaling.
- Ability to work independently as a self-employed contractor.
- Access to a quiet workspace and basic computer skills.
