We are a leading glass company looking for an experienced and highly motivated Order Entry/Front Desk associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer orders, providing exceptional customer service, and handling front desk duties.
Responsibilities:
-Process and manage customer orders through our order management system
-Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and resolving customer inquiries
-Manage the front desk by greeting visitors, handling mail and packages, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
-Communicate with customers, vendors, and other team members to ensure timely and accurate order processing
-Work collaboratively with our production team to manage inventory and production timelines
-Assist with other administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
-2+ years of experience in order entry or customer service in the glass industry or a related field
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Bilingual (Spanish preferred but not required)
-Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
-Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office and order management software
-Strong organizational and time-management skills
-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
