Job Summary
We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about customer service and sales. You will play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience, helping customers find the perfect furniture for their homes, and building long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests upon arrival, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Guide customers through our large showroom, helping them select products that match their style and needs.
Provide detailed product information and answer customer questions.
Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
Maintain and build strong relationships with customers.
Keep the showroom organized, clean, and visually appealing.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
Qualifications:
Previous retail sales experience required; furniture sales experience preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent service.
Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
Strong communication and phone etiquette skills.
Positive attitude and ability to perform well under pressure.
Proficiency with computers and point-of-sale systems.
Proven ability to actively listen and engage customers.
Compensation:
