Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will adeptly understand the needs of both new and existing customers to ensure their success with our product. This requires establishing clear communication channels with clients and internal team members to gather insights and promptly address any challenges customers may encounter.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Our Account Managers are tasked with creating new sales opportunities through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and other electronic means. Additionally, they handle customer orders and quote requests received from external sources, including leads, telephone inquiries, emails, and written correspondence.
Cultivate leads through proactive outbound calling and email outreach.
Communicate our competitive pricing and delivery details.
Maintain diligent oversight of previously engaged leads, ensuring timely and satisfactory customer follow-up.
Guarantee swift resolution of any delivery-related concerns or issues.
Requirements
Possess a minimum of 2 years sales experience.
Proficient in Google web platforms, including Sheets, Docs, and Drive.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Have access to reliable transportation.
Available to work from our Schaumburg office Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed.
Our office hours are from 7:00AM to 3:00PM
