A rare event: The Animal Store—Chicagoland's family-friendliest pet shop—is looking for one new team member. We are expanding our staff. We need someone who loves taking care of animals. Job includes cleaning animal and bird cages daily. Feeding and cleaning reptile habitats. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English / Spanish and has knowledge of the care animals. Retail or pet shop experience is a plus.
You will work with customers, answering questions and offering animal care advice. You will keep the store, aquariums, and animal cages clean, and look after the health of the pets for sale. You will also stock shelves.
