Is an experienced Property Manager with a deep understanding of the multifamily industry.
Consistently meets occupancy, financial and business goals.
Has a passion for serving others and can demonstrate exceptional customer service skill.
Is a gifted leader with ability to oversee multiple projects related to team members, residents and the physical asset.

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS:
Ensure that the team and property meets our established operational, financial and business performance goals.
Oversee enrichment programming, occupancy, financials, and resident satisfaction at the community.
Manage hiring, training and development of the on-site team members.
Establish strong relationships with residents.
Create marketing plans, maintaining supplier partner relationships, and control expenses.
Securely maintain files, identify liabilities, and report emergency issues as outlined by the company.
EXPERIENCE:
4+ years of Multifamily property management experience is a MUST.
Experience leading a team.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills; must be collaborative and adaptive.
Experience with Entrata software a plus but not required.
