Fast growing construction/remodeling company looking for a quality control supervisor.
Full time position, 40 hours per week, paid weekly, salary starting at $52,000 per year, 10/99 for the first 3 months.
Job sites are all on the South Side of Chicago (South Shore, Woodlawn, E Garfield Park, Greater Grand Crossing, etc).
Duties include (but no limited to):
- going from job site to job site daily to make sure that the workmanship is of quality done and up to code
- get permits
- hiring of qualified workers
Qualifications :
- extensive experience in construction/remodeling and knowledge of city codes (5+ years)
- problem solving skills
- management skills
- strong organization skills
- have reliable transportation
