We are a real estate management company on the North Shore seeking a Full Time Property Manager.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Communicate with tenants daily by telephone, by email and in personal meetings to address requests, resolve problems.
Leasing: placing ads for rent, showing apartments.
Handle all management tasks including communication with city officials, tenants, tenant guarantors, and neighbors.
Moniter cleaning and sanitation inspections.
Necessary Skills:
Must be able to take organized notes.
Must be able to write a letter.
Must have good people skills
Must be self-motivated, organized, a problem solver, and focused.
