The Home inspector will conduct inspections on residential properties. This requires examining both the interior and exterior of the property including infrastructure, electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems etc. Complete a detailed digital report of the inspection within a twenty-four-hour period. Reports must include concise descriptions and recommendations of the inspection findings along with digital photographs.
Job Requirements:
Must be Licensed in the State of Illinois as a Home Inspector
Home Inspection reporting software and Inspections tools.
Ability to communicate effectively with real estate agents and customers
Punctual and ability to work unsupervised
Willing to travel in Chicago and all surrounding suburbs.
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and insurance.
References and a sample of a current inspection.
Available to work some evenings and weekends
