Bilingual Property Manager ( EXPERIENCED )
A full-time Bilingual Property Manager opportunity is currently available.
The Property Manager will handle the oversight of all leasing, customer service, collections, bookkeeping and HUD administrative responsibilities as well.
Some responsibilities include but are not limited to:
□ Ensure timely rent collections, rent postings, bank deposits & financial reporting
□ Implement rent increases as per rent schedules
□ Handle late notices, legal filings & Evictions on delinquent rents as required
□ Oversee maintenance department, customer service & resident relations
□ Maintain waiting & transfer lists per HUD guidelines
□ Handle resident complaints/maintenance issues
□ Perform move-in & move-out inspections, prepare reports & tenant charges as required
□ Reporting & communication with corporate office as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
□ Must have at least 3-5 years of Tax Credit Experience, Property Management Experience
□ Must have Section 8 experience; recent or updated certification required
□ Must have thorough & current knowledge Yardi
□ Must have current knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Office
□ Must have excellent communication, organizational & customer service skills
□ Must possess a strong, take charge personality with the ability to handle multiple priorities & meet deadlines
