Commercial Property Manager

Our client, an industry-leading real estate firm, is seeking a highly motivated Commercial Property Manager to oversee a downtown Class A property. This role is responsible for daily property operations, tenant and vendor relations, financial performance, and project management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, financially savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day operations of assigned commercial propertiesLead budgeting, financial analysis, and CAM reconciliationsOversee vendor contracts, maintenance programs, and capital improvementsMaintain strong tenant relationships and ensure high service standardsConduct regular inspections and manage compliance with codes/regulationsCollaborate with internal teams across leasing, accounting, and marketingPrepare monthly financial reports and contribute to acquisition/disposition effortsQualifications:5+ years of commercial real estate/property management experience3+ years of proven experience managing teamsProficiency in Yardi required; Kardin experience preferredStrong background in budgeting, financial reporting, and lease administrationExceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skillsBachelor's or associate degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field preferredBenefits:Our client offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the well-being and work-life balance of our team members.
