We are a property management company located in Wilmette, IL seeking an Account/Bookkeeper to work in our Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable and Payroll department.
Responsibilities:
Provide basic accounting and bookkeeping. This includes accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), payroll, statement reconciliation, journal entries, general ledger, and monthly/quarterly and year-end reporting.
Examine accounting records, prepare basic accounting, bookkeeping and reports
Be a problem-solver, self-motivated and organized.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Will consider foreigner graduates.
Must be familiar with AP, AR, payroll, etc.
At least three (3) years experience as an accountant/bookkeeper
Computer skills and knowledge, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
