Seeking a reliable personal assistant who can commit long-term. This position is suitable for individuals interested in part-time work, such as college students or retirees.
Location: Gold Coast area, in a safe high-rise building with a 24-hour doorman.
Schedule: 2-3 days per week, afternoons (11 a.m. to 5 p.m.), with the option for additional hours.
Responsibilities:
-Provide administrative support, including proficiency on a MacBook and iPhone.
-Organize paperwork and manage mail and email correspondence.
-Experience with Constant Contact is a plus.
-Assist with online shopping, returns, and local errands.
-Schedule appointments and help with light house organizing.
-Maintain daily duties and ensure organization.
Requirements:
-Strong organizational and time management skills.
-Attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication.
-Tech-savviness, particularly with MacBook and iPhone.
-Flexibility and reliability are essential.
-Professionalism with a casual attire approach.
-Prior experience as a personal assistant is beneficial.
