Our client, a leading global alternative asset management firm, is seeking a dynamic and personable Receptionist to join their team. This pivotal role, reporting to the local Office Manager, ensures the smooth operation of the office by delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support.Key Responsibilities:Welcome clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly environment.Manage meeting room reservations and assist with video conferencing.Answer and direct incoming calls, providing support across multiple offices.Oversee general office management, including pantry restocking and meeting setup/cleanup.Assist with mailroom duties and special projects.Maintain a clean, secure reception area and uphold office safety procedures.Provide additional administrative support to Corporate Services and Real Estate teams, offering exposure to broader team needs.Requirements:College degree preferred.2+ years of relevant office or guest services experience, ideally in financial services.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.Discretion and professionalism when interacting with all levels of staff and visitors.A proactive, independent problem-solver who thrives in a team-oriented environment.Benefits:Beacon Hill offers a robust benefit package including, but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, and federal and state leave programs as required by applicable agency regulations to those that meet eligibility.
