Responsibilities:
Communication: You will serve as the primary point of contact for our esteemed customers, as well as internal teams including management and sales. Your key responsibility will be to effectively communicate and collaborate with all stakeholders to grasp customer needs, address inquiries, and resolve any concerns promptly and professionally.
Coordination: As a CSR, you will closely collaborate with various internal departments to ensure seamless order management. This involves liaising with teams involved in invoicing, production, and delivery to guarantee accuracy and timely processing. Moreover, you will be tasked with tracking orders, ensuring their completeness, and coordinating on-time delivery to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Packaging: Leveraging your expertise in packaging, you will assist customers in identifying and selecting the most suitable packaging for their specific requirements. Your adeptness in this area will greatly benefit our customers.
Experience:
Knowledge of Rigid Box Packaging, Printing, or related Packaging Experience is preferred.
Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred, as it will provide you with a solid foundation in understanding packaging operations.
