Club 390 Gentlemen's Club, located in the heart of Chicago Heights, is a premier adult entertainment venue known for its upscale atmosphere, exceptional service, and vibrant entertainment. We're looking for a proactive and organized Office Manager/Administrative Professional to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and contribute to the continued success of the club.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and a well-maintained workspace for staff and guests.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to management, including scheduling, email management, and handling correspondence.
Coordinate and organize meetings, events, and private functions at the club.
Manage inventory of office supplies, ensuring timely restocking and vendor coordination.
Serve as the first point of contact for internal staff and external parties, offering excellent customer service.
Social media management.
Basic report completion
Food and Beverage inventory management.
Maintain office records, filing systems, and databases; assist with invoicing and other administrative duties.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
Assist with marketing and promotions by coordinating advertising materials and event promotions.
Cash collections
Qualifications:
Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or executive assistance, preferably in the hospitality, entertainment, or service industry.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-service oriented approach.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Positive, energetic, and adaptable attitude.
Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the entertainment or hospitality industry.
Familiarity with office management software and tools.
Basic bookkeeping or accounting knowledge.
Degree or certification in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field.
