Home Improvement Company is looking for an Office Manager. The following below is list of responsibilities and duties:
Help get the crews loaded up and out for the day
Call through prospective customers and schedule estimates
Process sold deals and paperwork
Help collect final balances for jobs
Handle all permitting for jobs
Help manage our satellite offices
Directly work with and assist the GM with daily tasks
Ensure our CRM is up to date with all customer information.
Schedule installations and warranty service request with customers
The position is full time in the office.
