Assist with the organization and running of the daily operations.
Duties:
Answer phone calls and provide customer service support
Organize, review, maintain and update record filing requirements
Create and follow thru new client account system
Process weekly invoices, collection and deposits
Follow-up with clients
Communicate to client’s insurance company requirements
Receive and process caregiver applications requirements
Call/inquire caregiver availability as necessary
Other office support tasks as assigned
