Job Description:
As a Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in our agency by assisting clients with uploading their proper documents to claim tax credits.
Your responsibilities include:
✅ Communicating with clients via phone, text, and email
✅ Guiding clients through the process of uploading all necessary documentation to receive their tax credits
✅ Navigate digital platforms for efficient processing
✅ Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the process
Working Schedule (opportunity to move to full-time with production requirements met)
Monday - Friday: 1pm - 7pm
Requirements:
◼ High school diploma or equivalent
◼ Previous sales or customer service experience is strongly preferred
◼ Technology literate (assessment is administered to determine competency)
◼ Effective communication and interpersonal skills
◼ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
◼ Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
