General Contracting Firm is seeking a Full-Time Dispatcher & Bookkeeping Clerk (this is not a remote position). Job duties will include but not limited to:
Monitoring and correcting timetracking data within online portal on daily basis
Compiling weekly timesheets and crew receipts report (via excel spreadsheet) for accountant for weekly crew pay
Coordinating and dispatching crew persons for service call jobs
Providing details for services calls to accounting for billing purposes
Post crew pay checks memo detail per weekly pay check per review and approval of accountant
This job requires strong communication skills via phone, email, and texts as well as a thorough understanding of Word, Excel and email programs/apps. Excel is especially important. Some experience with Quickbooks is required. The position starts at $22/hr. Full time - Monday thru Friday 6am to 3pm and Saturdays 6am to 11am.
