We are looking for a reliable and organized individual to join our team as a Dispatch and Office Administrator. This role involves a mix of office administrative tasks and dispatch responsibilities, ensuring smooth operations within our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate vehicle pickups and deliveries.
Maintain and organize filing systems.
Handle inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.
Provide general administrative support to the team.
Answer phone calls and direct inquiries as needed.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
Experience with office administration and dispatching is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software.
HOURS : 9AM - 5:30PM MON - FRIDAY
