Dealership Secretary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Dealership Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS of title experience (working at a dealership or auto auction) and communicating with the various departments of Secretary of State.
In addition to this experience, the candidate must be capable of managing various administrative tasks, including:
Facilitating paperwork for sales transactions.
Stocking in inventory and recording expenditures.
Assisting with accounting and organizational tasks.
Sending emails, generating letters, other business communications and various any kind of office related tasks.
This full-time role (40 hours per week) requires someone who is attentive to detail, values mutual respect, follows instructions well, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
Pay is competitive and based on experience and skills.
