We are looking for an enthusiastic/motivated/with excellent customer service skills Administrative assistant for our dealership.
Our Auto Dealership is been is business for over 10 years and we are known among the community for selling reliable and affordable vehicles. We have our own repair shop and our technicians have more than 30+ of experience, therefore; this helps us to delivery negotiations with clarity to our costumers.
Daily responsibilities are as follows:
Assist Customers Promptly/Answer Leads in less than 24 hrs.
Keep our website date up to date
Arrange costumers' appointments and make sure that vehicle of interest is ready
Assist Repair Shop (Part Ordering, Customer Bill-Out)
Pre-Requisites
Computers skills are a MUST
Experience 5+ on the administrative field
SPANISH SPEAKING PLEASE - Do not bother to apply if you can't at least keep up a conversation, writing it is not so necessary.
Valid IL State Driver's License

Job Type: Full Time
Tentative Schedule 10 AM - 6 PM Monday-Friday and SATURDAY 10 AM - 3 PM
