Arcos Environmental is a growing HVAC/Insulation company who is in need of a dependable and hard working Administrative Assistant
Duties:
- Ideal candidate will provide administrative support and assistance to office of general contractor
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, respond to phone calls
- Organizing and prepare outgoing documents
- Transcribe incoming documents, review information, scan documents, save information
- Proficiency in Microsoft office
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively
- Capable of working independently and within a team environment
- Excellent communication skills with clients and vendors
- Other tasks assigned by management
Expected schedule
Monday – Friday
8:00am - 4:30pm
HS diploma required
The ideal candidate has administrative experience, is bilingual (english/spanish), and has some knowledge in construction included but not limited to insulation, HVAC, carpentry, etc.
